When I Think of You...

Postby RossValoryRocks » Mon Feb 14, 2011 10:56 am

I made a video for a friend who lost her little girl. She is having a rough time. Thanks to Deano for reminding me what a terrific song this is. I need to do one for Trevor.

Dude, that was an amazing tribute. I don't even know the family, or the child, and I'm all choked up. You did an awesome job with the video, and you couldn't have possibly picked a better song. God bless them. I couldn't IMAGINE going through that, and I hope he gives them strength.

Damn, Stu, that was incredibly touching. It took everyting I had not to lose it around the 3:37 mark. I'm assuming that was a picture of her mother? Thanks for sharing. Helps put things into perspective.

It was tough to do...I'd get through a section and lose it...pull myself together and keep going...took all day from about 8:00am or so until just a little bit ago.

That is actually a stock photo from somewhere...I used it in my AATY video too...but it fit nicely.

Thanks for the compliment.

Well you should be very proud of it, because you did an amazing job. I just can't even fathom the pain that you would go through with something like this! I lost my 3 best friends in high school, and have never been the same since. I think this would push me over the edge.

That was a great tribute and a perfect song choice.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

If anything happned to my little girl I would be done. I would just crawl into a dark corner and die. I don't know how she does it, and by that I mean gets up every morning.

I turned it on and had to turn it off within 3 seconds after the first picture rolled. Just too sad. It looks like an incredible tribute though Stu. Major props, and best wishes to your friend. Cannot even imagine having to experience that.

I'm sorry to hear about that. That would have to be the hardest thing in the world to go through. If I may ask, what happened to the little girl? You did an outstanding job on the video. That was very difficult to watch.

She was riding in a 15 passenger van, a 13 year old retread on the left rear blew, catapulting the van down the road at 60 mph, she was thrown from the vehicle and died instantly.

Don't know how people manage the loss of a child. :(
