Normally I try, but I hate leaving one out of a small group shot if I don't remember someone's name, though. I guess I could always ask.

FYI, that is Ron Mancuso and Louie Merlino of Beggars and Thieves. We got a tour of the studio AND a 2 song preview of the new cd (slated to be out soon). Louie played it straight out of the mixing board (computer) thingy. This was the best overall band performance at Firefest 2010. Soulful rocky excellent.

It was awesome, as were the new songs. Blew me away that they did that for us. Dana Strum from Slaughter shares the studio with them, and there were some Slaughter cabinets there, too. It was one of the coolest, most laid back studios I've ever seen, and I was really impressed. Plus, Louie and Ron were the nicest guys you could meet. Quite humorous, too! Oh, yeah... Ron mentioned that Jake E. Lee had just been around the day before. SWEET!!!!

Love the new songs, guys! We'll be among the first to buy when it's ready.

You were missed man, especially when Dave Perry showed up! I actually never saw him, and wasn't clear if it was a full manifestation or just partial -- Maui Tom may have just been hallucinating... lol!

Yes, Dave "Perry" .... someone we all meet in Vegas around a Journey concert I think I've posted this before, but it's Travis with DP. The guy wouldn't leave me alone, and he kept carrying that video camera, trying to interview people. I kept refusing Did he have his video camera this time? I'd love to know what he does with all that footage.....actually, it may be better NOT to know! He had "business cards" he was passing out too. I can't remember what they said though. 2008 was forever ago now!

i remember him from vegas 2006. his date made him bid big bucks for a steve perry pillow that wix brought for auction. money went to jttc......we think the pillow replaced him in the room that night....

These 2 got me to the front...didn't even know it til 2 minutes til I got in the door....still on a high and I have been home 3 days....
