Just saw this on Live Nation's website. Oh, and someone please go tell "Frank Hussaarts" on the noticeboard that he's using a ticket broker's website as the basis for his bitching about ticket prices for this tour. I can't seem to post on there for some reason. :lol:

Too cool - this must be from the photoshoot they did in Vegas a couple of weeks ago. We just passed by a building with a LiveNation sign on it in Nashville - I should drop by and check it out.

Thanks for enlarging that, Don. I think the picture blows. Arnel has too much lighting on his face and it doesn't look good. Ross is smiling, which is really gay. Neal's looking away, which is also gay. Jon looks great and so does Deen. They look like members of a rock band and their serious dead ahead look came across well. The other 3, not so much.

I agree with everything you said SJ. Jon and Deen have the look of hard edge rockers but everyone else is out of sorts. Arnel has a bit of a Asian chic look to him with the way they lightened up his face.

What's funny is that this pic seems to have absolutely nothing to do with Tantra.

Night Ranger just did their promo shots also. (notice the bag of weed there on the ground? :lol:

I thought it was Christian Cullen, and if that's him he looks different. Then again, he looks different every time I see him! He's had longer hair, short hair, facial hair, no facial hair, blonde hair and dark hair. Dude is a great keys player, though.

Eric Levy is the new guy for Night Ranger.

Born in Chicago in 1974 to musician parents, Eric Levy was exposed to a variety of musical styles at an early age, including jazz, classical, and down home Windy City gospel and blues, which helped to shape his wide musical range. His father was a well-known local jazz flautist, and a preeminent early programmer of synthesizer sounds. In fact, Eric programs all of his own patches, a result of his father's teachings. His mother is a church singer and a guitarist in her own right. From the beginning, his parents gave musical direction to Eric, often sacrificing luxury so that Eric (and his sister) could receive the best training and access to the best equipment.What better training could Eric have found than that of master musician Fareed Haque, who became Eric's professor and mentor when Eric left to attend the Music School at Northern Illinois University. Who could have predicted that teacher and disciple would, years later, be sharing stages around the country. Perhaps because Eric learned from a guitar virtuoso, his keyboard style has grown to resemble that of a guitar, his classical and jazz training translating seamlessly into his unique sound, with a percussive style reminiscent of John Medeski mixed with the wailing, almost guitar-god-esque keyboard sounds of Jan Hammer.

Ross is always the ham, but for pics like this it's distracting. I think the setting is cool, but something's not quite right. Bring back the photographer who did TBF. Those were moody and cool.

of a cabin in the middle of the desert ...and perhaps one indian~
w/nothin' to do but spit!!

I love it! It's a great pic. It shows some humor, everything "rock" doesn't have to be serious and depressed.

I dunno. I just don't like this photo. I've got a touch of ADD, and there is just entirely toooo much going on in this pic. You've got all of these stones, beams running in different directions all over the place, and odd little nick-nacks & brick-a-brac strewn about. And what's that on the bottom of Ross's shoe? If it's not the the scarab from the new album, it doesn't belong there. Oh, and somewhere, woven into this tapestry, are the band members...it's a little too distracting for me.

Simplify. :wink:
