Is Perry Thinking of a Benefit Concert for Japan?

That would be the only way for this rumor to come to fruition. The guy loves japan and that country needs any help they can get.
This would raise huge money, I know Im getting crazy with this idea but it just hit me. Sorta a Bill Graham thing but on a much larger scale. Reunite STYX and Journey for a 1 off

The show would be here not in Japan. I just can't figure out why a guy from WLS would say that Perry is looking for a Reunion with Journey, The timing is wrong the idea makes no sense we have heard it all before so what is that guy hearing?
