Nice to hear new things. That said, I can't blame Sony for shelving it. Just atrocious.

The badness of it gave me a whole new respect for his Disney number, I stand Alone.

I heard it in the FTLOSM remaster edition, which has a bunch of unreleased or rare songs.
It's one of those songs you like just because Perry is singing it, otherwise wouldn't even bother...on the contrary "One more time" , and "If you need me call me '94" are really really strong

The music itself is not bad...some interesting things can be done with that.

The Lyrics well to put it nicely would need to be re-written.

Simply put it could be fixed...
