It would actually be the people at Columbia. Seeing as Escape has been on the Billboard charts along with the Greatest Hits for the last two months, it's a no brainer to capitalize on this. Even the Essential Journey has been moving a few copies since the summer began. Anything classic Journey is gold right now.

Was there a time in the last 30 years when it wasn't?
Don wrote:This is pretty shrewd by Sony. I think the fact that the Greatest Hits has outsold Eclipse over the last six weeks laid a bit of the groundwork for this.. Not even a single nod to Arrival either.

Between 1997 and 2000. Hence, the reason I said the band should have bought out Perry's rights at that time as the catalog was at it's lowest value ever.

The way I read it, that was describing songs that were not included. But I've been on vacation all week and have drank enough to float a house boat. So my brain is pretty much mush right now.
