I've heard ABSOLUTELY NO new Journey....

....here in CT. :?

Seriously ~ on one Classic Rock radio station here, they announced they were giving away Journey tickets to their upcoming show to caller number "whatever" that called in.

....and then, what Band did they play immediately after this announcement....?

EDIT:  Lynrd Skynrd : "Gimme Three Steps".

Hey there... 8)

No; to be honest, I haven't.

But seriously....wouldn't the situation I described above be a PERFECT setting to say, "Oh, by the way....here's new Journey Music"...?
This same station played "Message Of Love" when it came out.....

....but that was a long time ago....with Steve Perry as Lead Singer.

Which begs the question:
 It's Journey - regardless. Right?

i did download the new CD, and it is beyond me that CoH was release as the first single.
Kinda like Backtalk on Frontiers,

there is some gems, like Resonate, Anything is possible, and Someone...very classic Journey songs,

CoH was a terrible single choice, and the worst lead off song on any Journey album

Schon and Cain helped Perry make Journey successful; 2/3 of the creative team remain. So I don't see why not. :?

I'm inclined to agree. While not a disaster, it's just a weak tune, save for Neal's solo.

My buddy went to the Pirates game today. I got a text from him saying they were playing Eclipse over the stadium speakers. Pretty cool to hear.

You're right. I just can't seem to believe that Journey aren't keeping in more Eclipse songs on the tour. It's down to 2. Edge of the Moment and City of Hope. God damn, they should atleast be playing Resonate and Chain of Love. Maybe Human Feel too. Great songs that should be getting time but they put in Lovin' Touchin' and La fucking Do Da. FUCK that's so bad.

+1. Journey = Creatively brilliant, strategically challenged.
