I wanted to, but it is not economically feasible.

how was the Charlotte crowd? They are usually more into concerts down there than Raleigh for some reason.

The crowd was very into the show. Most people were already there before Night Ranger took the stage. Not quite a sellout, but close. Lawn was packed as usual.

Same setlist? I hope they get their heads out of their ass and stop with the La Do Da shit as an encore by Saturday.

you guys are lucky. Raleigh more often than not thinks they are watching the symphony. The crowd can be good here, but it's dicey at best. Charlotte, on the other hand, is party city. Just wish it wasn't a 3hr drive to get there vs 20 minutes to Raleigh.

I can dig that. I always did believe DSB was meant to be as their closer. They usually include it in the middle of the setlist and I never got that. You close with your best and what people go to see and that's DSB, always has been. LTS still doesn't move me that late in the list.

I'd beg for people to tell me that La Do Da was out of the set, but then they'd probably just tell me that Neal replaced it with an equally shitty song.

This was me. I was mourning my kid being out of the house in college and didn't want to spend the money...I kinda regret it now. But, I have seen Journey twice (w/ Augeri), Foregner once (w/ Gramm) and Night Ranger once (1999 full reunion)...so it's not like I had never seen any of them...

I don't know what the set was like in Charlotte, but here's what it was the day before in Raleigh. At least La Do Da is out of the encore slot. Send Her My Love as song three is way too early to slow it down like that, in my opinion. That's the perfect slot for Only The Young. And I felt like City Of Hope worked in slot three, too. I have never seen Faithfully played that early, either. Wonder what the reaction was like? The interesting setlist decisions continue...

Seeing as how I was there for the Raleigh concert, I do admit I was personally shocked to see Faithfully so early in the show. Wasn't a bad thing overall, but it felt too soon.

Overall, the crowd looked enthusiastic IMO.

If I recall correctly (and I was sober, so I hope I do), the Charlotte set list was pretty much identical to Raleigh, including La Do Da.

I was not, but that sounds right.
