Question about Music Today Pre-sale tickets

Howdy,

Only July 29th, I'd ordered tickets via a Music Today pre-sale for the Journey/Foreigner/Night Ranger gig at the Erwin Center in Austin on September 22nd.

My card was successfully billed.
However, as of today, I have yet to receive them.

In the past, when ordering tickets for Erwin Center events I'd receive the tickets during the following week.

How long does it take for Music Today to ship?
Any information would be appreciated.

Are you sure they aren't at will call?

If it comes down to the wire, I'd call the venue and ask what to do. I've never experienced that, so I'm not sure what to do.

Last time I bought tickets online I printed them, did you scour your emails?

I pre-ordered thru musictoday on March 30th for Tampa on the Sept 17th! The e-mail was sent on Aug 2 titled "Your Ticket Order" and they came USPS First Class not express in an unmarked envelope from Crozet, Va. No idea when I received them. Good Luck!

If you go to their site, you can bring up your account and find your order.

When can I expect my tickets to be delivered? We typically ship tickets 2 weeks prior to the show date. If you have not received your tickets one week prior to the show date, please contact our Customer Service department at tix@musictoday.com. We send all tickets via 2-day express delivery. On the day your tickets ship out, you will receive email notification with your tracking number and specific delivery date.
