Because I was bored this morning, I made up a Journey quiz. :D Here is the link: http://www.proprofs.com/quiz-school/sto ... y-19731996 It only covers years up to 1996.

I did this off the top of my head, so if you notice any errors, please let me know.

Have fun!

You're in good company. The only person so far that has scored 100% is someone who took it twice. :) Even someone named "Neal" only got 50%. :D

I guess I'd make a lousy teacher; I'd be failing kids left and right! :o

Someone did score 90% though.

If I'd made this all about Escape and Frontiers though, what fun would that be?

Average score so far is 46%. :)

Your question about the keyboard players is wrong. Tim Gorman ( a session player) was on keys for The Party's Over (Hopelessly in Love). It was recorded after the Departure tour and after Rollie left, but before Cain stepped in.

That's not who's given credit for it on Captured (from Wikipedia):

Personnel

Steve Perry - lead vocals
Neal Schon - guitar, vocals, producer
Ross Valory - bass, vocals, producer
Steve Smith - drums, percussion, producer
Gregg Rolie - keyboards, vocals, producer

Others

Stevie "Keys" Roseman - acoustic piano and keyboards on "The Party's Over (Hopelessly In Love)"

You're right. Both were San Francisco musicians. Gorman played with Jefferson Starship. My bad, good catch.

"How many drummers did Journey have between 1973 and 1985?"

You sure about that?

1985 before ROR...what did Baird play on before that?

Okay, but does the band credit Steve Roseman anywhere? His name wasn't on the albums that I have. I don't count Wiki as a totally reliable source. I think the name should be on the album somewhere for there to be an actual "credit."

If the answer should be 4 I will change it. Funny thing is, that question is usually answered correctly.

He is now given credit on the Time3 set. Don't make me scan it, just trust me

Question 8 is incorrect, as well. "Majestic" is not technically an instrumental. There are vocals present throughout.

I'll buy it :) I threw out the question because that issue makes it too confusing. I was trying to find questions with clear cut answers.
