Still Loving Journey

Postby OneJourney » Sat Nov 12, 2011 11:17 pm

After close to a decade of playing in a Journey tribute, I left the band. I thought that It would probably be a long time before I could listen to Journey again. Man was I wrong. I've listened to more Journey than ever! The band, good and bad times, is in my blood somehow. I just wanted to share. It was a real shock to me. :)

Never saw them with Arnel. Probably will now...

Sorry to hear that man. Sometimes you just have to get off the train. I know that when I get bummed out, which was quite a bit this past summer, I just throw on my ipod and listen to whatever it is that I need to hear. Sometimes it's Journey or Van Halen, or sometimes it's James Ingram, but the music fixes me up almost every time. And don't forget to keep playing the keyboard. Keep the rust knocked off. You might find yourself right back out there before you know it.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.
