I don't think Journey is gonna be ready to tour in March

Word on the street is that the singer will not be able by then.
The fall off the stage was not minor. Apparently he has injuries
that require surgery and therapy, putting him out for about a year.
Still, he fought the pain and gave it his all for the rest of the last tour,
but has been paying for it since.
Maybe we get another year of Shlong waggering and other tabloid type escapades.
Will they wait? Apparently he doesn't care. Couldn't blame him. I wouldn't wanna work
for those guys either.

Where did you read they'd be going back on the road so soon?

I can't remember where, but I thought they were going back on tour in March. I know I read it somewhere.

Mystery solved: it was Arnel who stole the Neal cock pic and leaked it. He knew he needed leverage to stop Journey from putting his ass out on the street the first sign of trouble.

Don't tell me he hurt his hip!
That would have to be some sort of weird karma!

The band will wait for him or retire. Really it's a shame they didn't stop the tour right after his fall. They did so many shows but compared to the 2008 tour this past year was dismal.
Only 17 sellouts out of 73 shows (2008 tour had 30 sellouts out of 52 shows) not counting festivals. I remember Neal saying they were gonna slow down two years ago. Unfortunately, he got caught up in the DSB hype also and the band went for broke trying to bring back the glory days. The physical beatdown this tour could not have been worth it, doing double the shows of 2008 but only netting about a seven percent increase in ticket box office overall.
Torn meniscus, damaged ACL, now you have a busted up singer who might be out quite a few months and would probably rather be home anyway with his wife due to have a baby this summer.
Good time for the band members to finish up any solo stuff they have cooking and take another break. 2008 was a great year but also the product of a perfect storm with the Wal-Mart package, the youtube story and so many other variables. It won't happen again so why not slow down with the shows, relax and enjoy the band's twlilight years.

Yea and with all of Neal's craziness going on I doubt he's too excited about hitting the road again with them either. Time to call it a day. Let Johnathon help his daughter and be done with it all.

MY TURN! Schlong can call me up anytime.
Of course, I'm kidding. Sad to hear that Arnel's injury was more serious. I wouldn't be surprised if they just didn't bother with the 2012 leg.

Enter, The Voice. lol
Seriously though? I don't follow Journey's tour religiously but I can't even Google a story about what is being talked about here. Can someone enlighten me?

It will be interesting to see if this affects Journey's gig with Rascal Flatts on CMT's Crossroads this season.

Yeah, hadn't heard this, but I'm interested as hell.
Rascal Flatts' guitarist joined Journey onstage in Nashville when I saw them this year. Makes sense that they'd do this.

I guess the "Winds of March" aren't strong enough to blow him back on stage.

Sorry to hear this. I've had friends who have had this injury. Glad to hear it wasn't his hip. That would just be too much like a Shakespearean play. LOL

To quote Gideon, that was hilarious and horrifying at the same time. The weird part is that I'm not sure which is worse - her singing or Neal taking a naked photo of himself in front of a toilet. One hurts my ears and the other hurts my eyes.

US 'ready' to help Philippines after deadly storm

WASHINGTON — US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent condolences to the Philippines Saturday after more than 600 people were feared killed in a storm, and said the United States stood "ready" to help.
Relief workers said that 440 people had died and nearly 200 left missing after tropical storm Washi (local codename Sendong) wreaked havoc in the southern Philippines, unleashing mammoth floods across vast areas of the country and destroying whole neighborhoods.

Are you implying you'd object to her touring w/ Journey next year?
