Ava Fabian files lawsuit against guitarist Neal Schon trip


Former Playmate Ava Fabian, who recently hired family law and divorce attorney Evan T. Sussman, founder of Sussman & Associates, filed a lawsuit against Neal Schon Journey Guitartist (Marin County Superior Court CIV1105658), who lived avec”dans a marital relationship “in February 2010, September 2011. Ava and Neal engaged mid-December 2010 and were married July 6, 2011 in Paris, France.

In these cases, the damage may be millions of dollars. Fabian continues to seek an amount to be determined plus interest accrued on sex express consent orally outside of marriage, as well as all the gains have been discovered later, Schon and a court order to account for assets and earnings accumulated during of their relationship.

His band's latest album was a basically a flop. Touring is where Neal's cash is. Neal's lead singer seems to be having some difficulty that will only become more pronounced as he ages and his voice evolves. How many new lead singers can Journey have and still be able to make money? Alimony won't go away just because Arnel can't keep singing this brutal catalog night after night.

I could see that... but I'd put my money on Schon eventually grooming Miles into leading the band into the future. Keep it in the family, you know? But, even though Miles is definitely his father's son, I would lose interest without Neal himself, his recent escapades aside.

I'm no lawyer, but I don't think tenure is the key criteria. Her side is already establishing some key points...that the 2 set up housekeeping, she let her career slide in favor of his needs, she was doing the domesticated bliss things (managed the household, took care of his mother (?) and kids, planned parties as a couple, etc.). Doesn't sound like just dating to me. Of course, # of years together will play a part in the amount of $'s, but she'll get something, for sure. California is a cummunity property (and very liberal) state...Neal should be thankful they didn't have a baby together.
