Behind the Music. They were successful as a live touring act, but just didn't have any mainstream success (i.e. radio).

Not just any voice could have pulled off what Perry did, but Perry is hardly the world's only gifted singer. But we both agree that no matter what the number is, Cain isn't one of them.
