Should this song get a second chance? Only played once or twice live that we know of. An early fan favorite when Revelation was released, should this get put in the setlist this year to at least give the impression that the band isn't afraid to play something newer than 1986?

As the presidential election grows nearer they should play What It Takes To Win. Or write a song for Obama. (what it takes to lose)

I guess we all live in denial from time to time, obama more so than most of us.

I think this song should get a second chance. In my opinion this song is just as good as "After All These Years", and should have been another top 10 adult contemp. hit.

I think that What It Takes To Win is a decent song, but very, very contrived. Sort of annoying

JC needs to push this song in Nashville as a country duet, ie, Lady Antebellum.

No, it's not...It's better! Easily the best post-Perry Journey song, and one of the few I've heard that they easily could have recorded with Perry, without it seeming out of place as a "Journey" song!

I agree totally. This song definetly sounds like Journey material and should be released and pushed as a single. I think it could have been bigger than "After All These Years".
