Would Journey...?

.....be open to doing what Van Halen is doing, as in allowing fans to film and photograph them during the tour? I understand that Benatar and Loveboy would have to be on board with it also.

It seems to me to be a cool way for the band to give the fans something free to always remember. Though, judging by the way Nomota has been getting heavy handed on Youtube lately, it's probably not going to happen anytime soon.

 Yeah, as if. My friend had to pull all her DSB clips she had taken at shows over the years from youtube, so if they were that heavy handed even about tribute band youtubes (cough cough...a little threatened?.....cough cough). Gawd, the MB guys don't seem to mind at all, hell they will even play it up to a videoing camera. Gotta love the Big boys, they make being a fan extremely easy as they are always showing their appreciation to their fans! :) There is tons and tons of Mr Big live footage on youtube and respective solo footage from each as well. Like you said great way to remember.....and share with those fans living in outer lying areas or that just can't make it to a show.
