Part of a long history of Journey members giving back; the difference being the nationalistic pride conveyed by local media when it comes to Arnel's home town philanthropy. Good deeds none the less.

Have you ever lived in the Philippines before? If AP wants to live long life, health and happiness in the Philippines, he has to share the wealth, give some way to the community. As long as your giving out your money, you're good to go. Sort of on the same lines as how the Japanese mafia run things in Japan, as I recall when I lived there in the 80's. You pay the monthly dues to the local boss, your good to go and nothing happens to your property and/or you and your loved ones. You elect not to pay, well, things tend to happen like house burns down, car gets taken, wife and/or daughter forced into prostitution, etc.
