Steve Augeri played in Clarksburg, WV for the WV Italian Heritage Festival on 31 Aug 2012. He had a 4 piece band (including Brook St. James from Tyketto on guitar filling in for his usual guitarist) and 2 female backing vocalists. I thought it was a great show and it was heavily advertised as the former lead singer of Journey so no surprise on the set list with the exception of a new song that he said should "hopefully" be on itunes next week. Keyboards seemed a little low in the mix for Journey music and problems with a few high notes, but a very enjoyable show. The entire band stayed and signed autographs after the show. I didn't stick around as they were only selling T-shirts, which I don't collect, and I had forgot my Journey CDs at home (it had been a long day), but reports from a friend said the band was very friendly during this session.

1. Separate Ways
2. Only the lonely
3. Higher place
4. Lights/stay awhile
5. Kiss me softly,
6. Stone in love (acoustic intro/electric)
7. Riverside
8. Wheel in the sky/band jam
9. ours in the day
10. Faithfully
11. Don't stop believing,
12. Lovin' touchin' squeezin
13. Anyway you want it

Encore:
14. Be good to yourself/Whole lotta love

I wanna see SA live so bad. He puts on great atmospheric energy to his sets. He sounds great considering what the man endured.

I really do too. I can't see him ever coming west of the Mississippi though.

eek ...that season opener (which I was lucky and unlucky enough
to attend) gave me a good reason to puke. I already had my hair
pulled out at the Sugar Bowl by a bunch of fellow Wolverines when I stated
"Denard is no QB" and now I'm in the process of growing it back a second time.

*Shaking my head* we have some fixing to do, but getting someone
else behind the ball and Denard in front of it is priority ...except
to wear a hat and hide my hair at future events.
