Pretty awful, but 'Send Her My Love' was used by a US rapper named Joe Budden, in tribute to a fellow musician, who was gunned down (cliched, I know, but hence the sentiment 'Send HIM Our Love'), but it is funny to hear Perry's vocals sped up at the beginning and the chorus:

If an artist sampled a Journey song, and then Journey in turn sampled that into one of their songs, would it still be sampling?
