Tareq: I Forgave Michaele Salahi & Wish Her Best Of Luck

Tareq Salahi is breaking his silence on his ex-wife’s engagement to Journey’s Neal Schon and he’s only talking to RumorFix.

The 43-year-old, who finalized his divorce from Michaele Salahi on August 21, tells RumorFix, “I have been focusing on my Crash the Vote campaign for governor of Virginia — I forgave Michaele and wish her the best of luck.”

The former Real Housewives of DC star got engaged to the rock star on October 14 in front of thousands of fans at a benefit concert in Baltimore. Neal presented her with a 11 carat engagement ring worth more than a million dollars.

But, Tareq, has moved on.

Since it was a rock star who stole his wife, Tareq thought it would be fitting to pick a song to express his feelings. He says Fleetwood Mac’s “Say Goodbye” ” really says it best.”

Wow, that's very touching. But.....reality check! This is just the sad puppy dog eyes in the window syndrome. He’s really just become tired of waking up alone after disappointing desperate and confused jackoff sessions. His life is now littered with broken dates, shattered dreams and holes punched in walls.

LMAO !!! Thats Golden !!!... Those restless nights are catching up, everybody needs some body @ some point... Neal thinks he needs nobody until the last year or so, ... A lesson he could have learned in 1986 when Steve Perry wanted a life outside of Journey, being on the road at 37 for Steve was grinding him down... Believe or not but at the end of Rasied on Radio tour Steve wanted to start a family... Just never happened the way he wanted it too with the one he truly wanted at that time.

Tareq Salahi might be the most famous soon-to-be single man around, but don't look for him to get back on the dating scene in the near future ... especially since his single life involves hanging around with a madam and her porn star pals.

We caught up with Salahi and his new BFF -- Manhattan madam Kristin Davis -- last night in NYC heading into her birthday party ... where he told our photog he is not looking for love these days and certainly "not hot about the whole marriage idea after being betrayed by Michaele."

That guy looks more in his 50's /60's. Wonder how many people saw them together and thought he was her father?

Hmm dont take this wrong - I'm no fan of his at all. But i really doubt hes old. Take a look at this, he graduated from this school and he's listed in this homecoming site as class of 1987 when he was 18. I looked him up on some white pages , which I've found pretty accurate for ages and they all list him as 43. I see what you are saying, but I just don't see why he would defraud his school about his age as well. Nor would he want to if he wanted to hang out with the proper classmates.
