While I don't profess to have the greatest musical ear, I didn't hear screaming. I guess it's all in the ear of the beholder. Maybe you should go listen to Open Arms or Faithfully.

Like always, I call it like I see(hear) it ...never even mentioned SP (Giddy compared the 2 singers). I thought maybe JSS may have/would have done a better job singing that song.
Truth be told, I didn't think SP was that special singing this song. Musically, great song, but vocals sounded a little strained. Saving grace was the patented SP nuances that we fondly savor as perryisms.
