It's great to be working at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley CA again. @NealSchonMusic and I recorded an 8 min epic today!

Why do I feel this is the way it's going to go for now on? Don't hold your breath for new Journey material. Just enjoy what you have.

Looking forward to recording a bonus track tomorrow with @NealSchonMusic for re-release of the Schon & Hammer albums. Traveling to SF now.

Smith, Valory and even Steve Perry contributed to Here to Stay.

My contention has always been that this was a Journey song front to back and wasn't put on an album and Neal got permission to included it on his solo record. I doubt Hammer is even on it.

Does anyone see this conversation taking place:

Neal: "Hey Steve, I'm going to do another solo album, want to sing background vocals on it?"

Steve: "Yea, sure thing!"

Two words for you - Uh uh.

Other than that one line Neal gave Andrew, there really isn't anything going forward that says Jon is back on board for releasing a new album. If Arnel is right in what he is saying, it sounds like the road is where Journey is going to make their final stand these next few years.
