Sorry. I don't think any of the parties involved are firing on all cylinders with this uninspired blues rendition. Love how Neal bashes "pro tool singers' who cant cut it live, and yet he meticulously fixes his guitar tracks in post production. Speaking of which, he's never been able to pull off the 'City of Hope' ending solo. But that's a different forum topic, for another time.

It's a pretty terrible album I won't lie. I did like the Taj Mahal song, Not Going Down is pretty cool, Personal Jesus is OK, Knockdown Dragout is alright, and Going Down is decent. The rest of the album I thought sucked.
I don't understand why Sammy relies so much on cover songs anymore. It seems like ever since Jesse Harms left the Wabo's Sammy seems to rely on cover songs a lot of his solo releases and each release has gotten worse and worse.
