Is Arnel's family ok from the typhoon in the Philipines?

Does any one know if Arnel's family is okay from the typhoon thst hit the Philipines?

Our company has about 50 employees there. Fortunately for them, the path ticked north and did not hit them dead on. They are in Cebu. All of them are ok.

Such devastation. I think it will likely be the deadliest disaster ever. I think there were a lot of people living on the streets that had nowhere to go. The pictures are intense.

The best way to donate to this cause is to actually go there and give out money. Any other way, your just asking for most (if not all) of it not to go to what your intending on it to go to. Wisdom from my own personal experiences....money meant for people in need over there will instead find it's way into the family of a mayor who has a "summer" house and 5.0 Mustangs for each of his kids in San Diego. Food for thought ladies and gents.

Its a shame , most of these "donation" places are only required to give a very small portion of what they take in, to be considered a charity.
