Schon plans another surprise on stage at his wedding: the debut of a new song, “The Triumph of Love.”

The $14.95 PPV price tag for what’s been dubbed “Neal & Michaele: The Winter Wonderland Wedding and Music Event”

will feature a performance from a very famous wedding band — Journey ...

I hope they aren't advertising themselves as that...

There's supposed to be a very special surprise guest who will perform with Journey. As soon as they said it, I thought Steve Perry, and then the interviewers asked if it's Steve Perry. Neal and Michaele's response, to me, indicated that there might be a 50/50 chance that it's Steve Perry.

Lol. I really doubt Perry wants to be associated with this mess.

If it's not Steve Perry, I'm still going to guess a former member since they'll be performing with Journey. Maybe Randy Jackson? He has become a pretty big name in the past decade. Gregg Rolie or Steve Augeri maybe, but I don't know if they'd be making such a big deal of it if it's one of those two. Not to take anything away from them. I'm guessing that Steve Smith is already attending and Neal knows about it since they've been working on albums together lately.

Jeff Scott Soto?

No way it's Steve. That's just hype to build extra pay-per-view buyins.

Last time they mentioned a special guest, didn't it turn out to be the journey kids
playing/singing onstage with them?

I took that as a reference to all the kind compliments from all parties in the past few years. Seems no one has complimented each other to the degree they each have, and since it probably comes from a very emotional place (all the good times and all the bad), it probably means a lot to each of them. That's my guess. But who knows?

Seriously, if ANYBODY thinks Perry would even have coffee with the members of current-day Journey, they really need to get a grip.
NO WAY IN HELL.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.
