Yeah, so far they have been filling up the venues pretty good. Most of them have been at least 75-80% or fuller. They are doing really well in the big cities like Dallas, LA, Phoenix...etc. When they get into July and August, you will be probably see even better numbers.

while these are not spectacular numbers, they are very good numbers doing atleast 75 % house with a weak line up (no offense to steve miller) while steve is a theatre headliner in most markets just like a foreigner or styx , those bands are of similar music and having 3 bandsof like get casual fans out more than this current bill as tower of power is a non entity in most markets, good for neal and management for breaking up the familiar bills, just wish they would do more departure era music, maybe a full lp tour in the future

Just figured out the % of attendance for each show and the average attendance which is almost 80%. Not bad.

I was at the Raleigh show. All the seats were filled and the lawn was packed. Not sure where those numbers came from...

Exactly. Its much harder to get a good idea of attendance in outdoor venues vs. indoor arenas where you can get a pretty accurate visualization.

Updated numbers for June

I can tell you that the tix prices for the Darien Lake show are not correct. The first 6 sections all were $200+ and I THINK that the lawn were $48...

This blows away the Styx-Foreigner tour which has had disappointing attendance numbers.

Darien Lake surprised me, they usually get a pretty good turn out up there.

Yeah, I was surprised to see that low of a turnout too. Really most of their NY dates have been some of the lower turnouts this year.

Journey/Steve Miller is one helluva pairing. If Journey can still have turnouts from these crowds, I don't see them hanging it up anyime soon. I say they still have 4 more solid years left of touring.

So many said that Arnels voice wouldn't hold up, and I'll agree, there is road wear on his voice, but he just seems to keep going, and he sounds great. I don't know if it will weather 4 more years though. That's a bastard of a catalog to sing night after night.

I'm very happy to see Journey with these numbers in turnout. Awesome guys! Keep up the good work!!

I'd also be interested to see the numbers between the time SP left the group up to the last show before AP joined.

I have to believe that attendance would have been a lot higher had ticket prices not been so freakin' high. I've been to no fewer than 25 Journey shows but haven't seen them in 3 years due to high ticket prices.

I don't think the band sets the ticket prices. It's management. Like Azoff needs more money.
