Not that anyone cares, but I want Gideon (the self-professed Master LoonBaiter) to know I never back down from a fight. Can’t find the thread anymore, but if I recall, he denigrated my good person (name) by repeated wild assertions that I’m a blind SP worshipper who, at the same time, say derogatory things against the rest of the band members. I challenged him to find specific examples.

I know Giddy’s sitting back right this moment gleefully licking his chops. He lives for debate ..lol. And I may be setting myself up for a fall. But, before he inundates (possibly) this thread with page after page of my past posts and (most certainly) will cut and paste, taking snippets here and there out of context to make me look bad …allow me to point out a few things:

1)there is a difference between “critiquing” and “lambasting.” I offer my critique (as do many posters here), but I don’t put people down for no reason at all.
2)threads are written to get members reaction. I will respond with personal opinion/comment …exactly what a fan messageboard is designed to do.
3)There are many SP fans on this board who lavishes praise on Steve. At one time or another, many of us have expressed either pro- or anti- Journey (or both) sentiments. Why Giddy picks me out for feuding is a mystery. Been this way since he got on the board.

Lastly, I’ve got to say none of this is meant to be taken seriously. We’re all strangers on a fan messageboard having some fun…a diversion from our everyday lives. I’m sure Giddy (or whatever his actual name), is an upstanding, polite young man in real life. Or, I hope so, for his mother’s sake…

Now … here comes NFL Football -- all day. Gonna check back tomorrow to see what he’s got … if anything at all …

I assume Gid is MIA because no one need spend one minute attempting to prove you're a Loon. Proving something that's self-evident isn't a lot of fun or worth much time

You have no clue ... it's not in me to pick fights, but I will defend my honor. I felt Giddy and I had unfinished business during our last go-around in a thread several months back. I had been gone...evidently, he is, too. Normally, he lives for debate.
