I have, too. But, the more I see it the more I think it's just a myth that has grown too large.
The only thing there is the money pit. The guy who they talk about who nearly destroyed the island had the right idea...dig up the money pit and see what is there, no matter what. So, IMO, they should find a way to excavate that down to 1000ft, or as deep as it takes to convince them it's empty and has nothing to be found.
10X is just cave. The rover they sent down proved that to me. It makes no sense to me to have some type of treasure cavern hundreds of feet down in the middle of the island. What the old man saw down there was just an illusion.
The swamp is just a swamp.
The rest of the "stuff" they have found are just ancient explorers creating markers to say they were there. All of these stories about treasure being delivered from "wherever" are simply invented from connect the dots scenerios. I mean, Columbus had the Ark of the Covenant? That is so fantastical.
What is Ross going to talk about anyway? I don't get why he would be on the show.
