Who owns the Journey Logos

I was looking through the band's online store, http://journey.shop.musictoday.com/, and looking at all of the logo stuff made me wonder if the artists of the logos (Mouse and Kelley, etc.) get paid for each imprint or if they get paid a lump sum for the original artwork that the band can then use as it wants. Also, who owns the images at this point, the band, Sony, Herbie, the artists?

It would seem like the images would be worth quite a bit for copyright reasons.

im sure the band commissioned the artist for the work or bought it outright, journey should own them but like van halen using a different logo , maybe perry cut a deal to not use certian ones, i believe herbie has been bought out, but might still profit from such things. in general current members or rights owners will control.
