Steve Perry at Night Ranger concert 5/7?

So at night Rangers gig on Saturday in Chicago, while introducing the band before they hit the stage, Mancow a famous radio talk show host in Chicago said that Steve Perry and Robert Fleishman were in the house... Seems odd that those two would both be at the same concert.... Knowing Perry is low key nowadays it's ironic it was announced to everybody Perry was in the building.
