I have a dream that Perry joins Journey for two songs at the Hall of Fame induction, and the band and Perry feel so good about it and feel they belong together. So, they announce Perry is back for the Trial By Fire Tour. I know this won't happen, but I can dream.

I'm thinking he does a tuned down acoustic version of the one or two of the Dirty Dozen... cause...


if he comes out and sings anything in its original key.. there'll likely be a huge push for him to rejoin the band.. and he won't want that at all.

A bit of magic is delightful and doesn't last forever, like Cinderella once her foot fell out of the slipper she became her ordinary self again. We don't know what can happen once and if he is on stage with his brothers again.

Probably not, he's finished with the whole touring thing....but they could make a new CD!! Still dreaming...

Yeah, I saw that on his Facebook page and my heart skipped a beat.

Something Neal has never seen? Only thing that comes to mind is SP and Arnel on stage together. What else has Neal not seen?

2013 in Vegas Rolie joined them onstage im pretty sure

Neal retweeted a bunch of fan comments, all of which guessed he meant Perry and Rolie performing on stage with the rest of the current lineup. This would include Arnel.

He didn't add anything to the retweet, but the fact that he posted them says a lot.

Not sure if this means communications have started on the subject or not or if this is speculation on Neal's part.

You can bet communication has started, or at least attempted. But Neal has done this before. Dropped hints when there never was anything.

The HOF induction is a marketing dream. For Journey on the road, for back catalog sales, and hopefully for Perry's new album. It would be to the benefit of all to make this as big as possible.

Maybe Perry can rejoin Journey for a 20-city "bar" tour. Perry probably doesn't want to perform for thousands of people anymore, but what about bars where they don't announce it. They just show up and play. I know this won't happen, but it would be so cool if it did.
