DIXON – Kevin Chalfant’s “Journey Experience” will hit the stage from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday at Historic Dixon Theatre, 114 S. Galena Ave.

Chalfant is a singer from Streator who filled in for Journey’s lead singer, Steve Perry, for a short time in 1993 and ’94.

During the show, Chalfant will perform all the hits that made Journey famous.

Tickets are $25 for general admission; $75 for VIP – front two rows; $50 for a soundcheck, pre-concert upgrade; and $40 for balcony box seats. They are available at mti.ticketleap.com or by calling 815-622-3309, ext 502.

I know kc joined in for herbie's bday party performance, but I
guess I missed that tour of him filling in in 93 - 94

I wonder if they got that from Wikipedia, for a time it stated "he briefly toured" with Journey.
