I never thought about these 4 particular songs lyrics in relation to each other. But I was just thinking about how the Jonathan Cain/Journey songs "All That Really Matters" "Frontiers" "World Gone Wild" and "Human Feel" have similar lyrical themes to each other.

The anti-technology theme tells me that Cain probably has trouble working the remote. Turn Down the World Tonight also has a slightly similar theme...
"So much information streaming at us fast
What I really need to know is if
We can make it last..."

Anti-technology is probably close to the heart of all song writers as digital has made it easy for people to steal their songs, and they get nothing for writing the songs. Song writers have to dream of the days when vinyl was king, and people had to pop down cash for the albums.
