Earlier tonight I was in a used bookstore that also sells music CD's and a bunch of other stuff. As I was looking through the CD's I spotted that they have 2 copies of a Journey CD called "Journey Live At The Cow Palace."
The CD is a live performance from 1977 and is all pre-Steve Perry recordings.
I had never heard of this CD before. Any of you have this CD?
Does anyone know of a free download of the CD?

Most times this boot's date will be mislabeled as '12/31/1977'.
It's actual date is '12/31/76' pre - perry.

Great show, I have this very good quality boot. Only thing missing from this particular date, for some oddball reason, is the title track, Next. Not sure why this was left off of what is otherwise, a great setlist, and one of my favs with deep cut favs Anyway, & In the Morning Day.

A bit off topic but...... I grew up in the bay area and saw many a show at the Cow Palace. I always thought the Cow Palace was in Brisbane, CA. Apparently I have been wrong for many years.

Any idea why it's called Cow Palace?

I think they used to have livestock shows there years ago.

No mention of Journey playing there, but that's not surprising.
