This is a link to the Wikipedia page about Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry who led battles on Lake Erie during the Battle of 1812.
There are two different "Perry's Monuments" relatively close to me. The biggest one is on Put-In-Bay which is an Ohio Island on Lake Erie.
The other is in Presque Isle PA.

There are photos of both monuments at the bottom of the Wikipedia page.
Anytime I mention Perry's Monument to people that I know, I refer to it as Steve Perry's Monument.

So, this is where Steve Perry has been the last 20 years! He is undercover!
