Great interview. Had a lot of good things to say about both Steves....which was nice.
I have pre-ordered the book so it will be interesting to read about the behind the scenes stuff.
John had posted this on Facebook also.

Yeah...I am going to get this book too. Let's see if the interview is a bait and switch. In other words, he said nice things about Steve and how it was really Steve's song and compare it to the actual writing and language of the book. Because if you watch the book promo trailer (YouTube), you would think he wrote it all by himself. Pheesh.

Hold on. I thought Neal said he came up with the "train part" after the lyrics were written. Jon says here the "train part" came first.

Anyway, Don't Stop Believin' was the last song from ESCAPE written. This means they needed to stick it out and write one more song for Eclipse and it would have been a killer! :D

Almost 40 years after the fact, I will give all 3 of them a lot of leeway in trying to remember who/when wrote the parts. I can't remember what I had for breakfast. :?
