Why? He's not a band member, but a hired gun. (I'm just giving you shit)
They said the same thing about Pineda his first year, or so.
So, think he'll replace Cain, if the exit happens?

While good, he was really the man behind the curtain on the Leppard tour.
Sad they dropped all the songs he did. And the whole Escape/Frontiers died so fast.
Looking forward to Journey through time cause I pretty much think Perry aint gonna tour or do any live performances.
Hope I am wrong

Travis seems like a cool guy. Most people would have said, "Screw this gig. I am with Journey now." But he finished his gig like a true professional.
I am probably wrong, but I think Perry will tour for Traces. Even if it is a limited tour. Then in 2020, he will get back with Journey for one final album, but there will be no tour. He doesn't want the headache of touring with them. Then he will return to solo albums. I hope I am right.

I don't think he's gonna do any of that.

Seems like a nice guy, talented obviously and was (from what I can tell) a valued edition to help with the live sound after they lost DC.
On Perry, I always thought we would get an album (possibly post-hum) but never a live show. But he seems to have gotten the bug a little bit so I can see a very limited run of shows 2-6 and see how he feels.
I'm already saving for a trip to America just in case, and I'll be looking for somewhere to crash for a few days ha

It's been removed. Who is Travis?

He is the back-up vocalist/keyboardist for Journey. They brought him aboard when Smith came back.

Before this interview I always thought they this in mind for him. Don't know whats in store for Journey but if youre gonna have a player at least let them be in the spotlight. Did he even get to do bows at the end?

He was somewhere between a roadie and a quasi band member. There was never any intention, other than to have him as an employee working in the background.
