Given some of the artists that have channels on Sirius, a Journey channel would do well.

It seems that the petition is also for Steve. Great idea! I see the signatures are OVER 1K. However, considering the amount of "fans" these two separate entities have, it should be a LOT more.

Probably need to start out with feature segments on existing channels. Often I hear artists and bands getting a Tuesday night show, or a 4 hr block on weekends, or maybe a week or month long gig, etc. Who will do the programming, research, admin? Where does all the media get stored? Does it take a full time person or staff? Who pays for it all? Is it sustainable?

Very interesting idea though. How about ch.73 for when the band started, or ch.81 for Escape?
