I saw a movie Rapid Fire, and they have a scene where Hardline's Can't Find My Way is played during a love scene that cuts back and forth to people getting killed. Before Perry signed off on Don't Stop Believin' be used on Sopranos, Perry had to make sure it wasn't used while people were getting killed. I believe Perry saw this Rapid Fire movie and was afraid Don't Stop Believ'n would be used in the same way as Can't Find My Way. Thus, I believe Perry follows everything Neal Schon does.

As Dr McCoy asked Spock in Star Trek IV: "You're joking."
...I hope...

Mike Baird follows everything that George Tickner does.
No offense, JourneyHard. Just kidding.
