Part of a new Journey song?

Neal posted this yesterday with the sentence "new Journey music coming" (or something to that effect).

Beautiful melody either way.

It stopped just when it was getting good. You can tell Neal was about to take it to another place right there when it ended.

Sorry, but there is no "Journey" right now. And, if they try to record as Schon/Cain/Arnel, I would not be surprised if "someone" legally tries to stop them until after the court decides who owns the Journey name.

Neal opened a huge can of worms with this.

New album is underway. Nothing you can do to stop it.

Neal putting guitar solos on social media and talking about new Journey music does equate to anything concrete about a new Jouney album. I don't care if he comes on this forum himself and posts it.

I did not say I wanted to stop it. I said 'someone'. That would be Valory, Smith, or Nightmare asking the courts to stop any album or tours until the court decides who owns the Journey name.

Wouldn't it be something if tomorrow's press release even mentioned the new album? Exciting times for Journey ahead.

I wish that Neal would also give an update on his solo album.

Why would Neal do a solo album? Journey is now essentially Beyond the Thunder with Arnel singing some lyrics.

I don't really hear that myself.

You probably are aware of this already, but Schon does say that he has 3 solo albums recorded that have yet to be released.

Really stupid post. Cain/Schon have been writing the overwhelming majority of all the music since the band reformed. Losing Ross and Smitty didn't suddenly transform the band into BTT or anything - those guys didn't contribute at all.
