Generic is a perfect word to describe Ross's playing.It's the person running this sideshow that needs to improve.
If Neal was running the band, we would have had a new album already. If he was running the band, JTT would not have been blocked. According to the lawsuit, both Cain and Schon lost confidence in playing with Ross and Smitty. If you have proof that Neal is calling all the shots, let's hear it.
