soundtrack nostalgia

Probably too late for most of these, but Journey should be on the soundtracks for these series and movies:

Stranger Things...Already talked about. But, think about this...this series reignited interest in the Neverending Storm theme. Of all songs, that one? Journey could easily have another "Sopranos" moment if used at the right moment on this series, just not DSB again.

Cobra Kai - I just burned through the first two seasons and there is so many 80's nostalgia nods that it it was almost too much. This is another show like "Stranger Things" where Journey is really missing the boat. Also, with the return of Elizabeth Shue, it seems the entire cast from the original film will be there in the next season....minus Pat Morita...but he is definitely there in spirit..

Wonder Woman 84 - I mean, come on....Journey was at their peak at that point. If they are not in this film in some way, then something is way off.

Well, Journey has shown they are completely willing to license their music. Even though Perry is rather discerning.

It is not up to Journey to get in these, it is up to the showrunners to ask. But I imagine Journey's music does not come cheap.

I would not doubt that a Journey song will make Wonder Woman 1984. Patty Jenkins is the director and a good friend of Steve's, as we well know. I agree that Journey should have been in Stranger Things. Shoot, the arcade sign looks like Frontiers. "Be Good To Yourself" would be a perfect song for season 4.

This reminds me of Remember Me in Armageddon. It was played in the background for ten seconds and nobody (not even a major fan of Journey) could make out what song it was. It should have been played in its entirety during the final credits. It was perfect for that.

That was the original Intention and then they changed their mind to back Kalodner's other band....Aerosmith. I feel Journey's path could've changed greatly with just a little attention on Remember Me. They could've done a video featuring movie clips and that could've gotten people to listen to the band without worrying about who was singing. That fight might even ended sooner.

I agree. Remember Me could have been a hit song and joined the Dirty Dozen. Perhaps Higher Place could have been a hit song, too if Remember Me was a hit song first.
