Site says store opens in a few hours with a new full website to follow.

Website now says Journey Music, LLC - not NOMOTA. Wonder if they incorporated under a new name since the lawsuit.

Again, I'll point to LRB. When they switched management in the late 80's, the new management and label required them to form a new corporate entity. The reason was any royalties, etc, that were earned under old albums were paid to the old LLC. Any royalties for the new contracts were paid to the new LLC. All of that has to be kept separate.

It's probably the same reasoning here.
