Was just coming here to post that. Sounds funky yet still melodic.

I was hoping that with Jackson and Walden in the band (At least in the studio) that the new album would have some Funk and Blues aspects to the music. Although, I also want a lot of hard Rock as well!

That sounds great! They are just teasing at this point. Release the album soon!

Difficult to come to any firm conclusion about that song, but it didn’t really grab me. From that short/limited segment, it sounded like a rather generic funk/rock tune, but will hold off on any final judgment. Still great to see the band recording new music, and thanks for sharing!

When I first heard it, gave me Bon Jovi vibes.

As a fan of the pre-Perry albums, I love it. Neal has said he wanted to get back incorporating some fusion-ish jamming elements, and that main riff with him wailing over the top takes me back to the outro jam at the end of the title track from 1977’s “Next”… check it out starting @ the 4:00 mark… hear the similarities? https://youtu.be/dKYBUZ0cRxA
