Well, IMO, all of these songs are released elsewhere.
I would rather they do a rarities type CD of songs that have not been officially released, or are at least on iTunes, Amazon, etc for download.
Something like:
Let It Rock You (unreleased demo)
The Bill Graham Tribute
The "other" Tron song that isn't "Only Solutions".
Not Journey songs that have Perry vocals from the KBFH Superjam (Roadrunner, People Get Ready, etc)
The acoustic set from the Augeri years.
Cover songs from the ROR tour (Jailhouse Rock, Oh Sherrie, Foolish Heart, the Schon & Hammer song)
The live version of "Who's Cryin Now" that has the long intro with Steve talking and Cain playing in the background. I know the song is released in other versions, but I love this version.
The Monitro studio version of Next with Perry doing some vocals
Other songs from that session with Perry singing from the first three albums (I think there is at least one more, Next always stood out for me)
Maybe the live Jonathan solo song from the Escape tour...I know they did it at the Chicago concert above.
The single with JSS on vocals...if it isn't on the streaming services already.
The new songs from Vacations Over tour that were never released...if any good recordings exist of them.
That's probably at least 12 songs that are not available from streaming services that could be remastered and released right now. You could probably find most of them on YouTube, but you would have to know what to search for.
They could call it "Journey: Lost Treasures", or something like that. Maybe add it as a 4th CD to the box set and rerelease it as "Time 4"
