Randy Jackson just tweeted: "Going on tour with Steve Perry starting in June. Can't wait to be back on the road with him. It has been 35 years!!!"
In another tweet, Randy Jackson says, "We're going play new stuff from the Freedom double album on the tour before Journey does! It is wild!"
In a third and final tweet, Randy Jackson says, "I love Journey, but I had to dodge the Journey tour for this once in a lifetime opportunity to tour with the best, Steve Perry."

Good 4/1. Along with the recommissioning of The USS New Jersey and the Wrecking Crew posting they played on
all of Sgt Pepper’s , there was lots fooled on Friday.

Yes. This was an April Fools' joke!
However, I am confused. Randy Jackson cannot tour with Journey, but he can do another season of Name That Tune. I guess he can be home in his own bed every night doing a game show.

That's true. Randy just sits at a piano on the game show.
