The bass is far too boomy, other than that, it's a good song.

Had to turn it off after a minute and a half. I can’t listen to a mix like this.

Here's another great new song that we will never hear in concert.

I agree....I listen to Augeri's single and then come back to this and this is just way off the mark. Augeri's songs sound great compared to this.

I really don't think the mix on this song is that bad at all

I want to like this song. But there are issues that I just can't overcome. The phrasing of some of the lyrics is terrible. There are times that I can't even make out what Arnel is singing, and it's again a jumbled mess. Is it the mix, not sure? Some of Neal's "solo" just sounds like a riff that he decided to jam on with no real continuity to it. If that's what he was going for, well, he nailed it.

I did like Jon's melodic approach to the mid tempo song. And I think this could be a great tune. But it's just not there. Which is disappointing.

That is extremely common among the bigger majority of Rock singers from time to time.

The Jimi Jamison's of the world who you can almost always know what they're singing at almost all times (without a lyric sheet) are rare in the Rock world.

As much as I love Steve Perry's singing (He's my second favorite singer of all time) there were many times that he sang certain words in very weird ways, and also could at times be difficult to make out what he was singing on certain words.

No comparison with Perry.

Arnel's vocals are hard to make out becase they're mixed in a bad way and because he had no hand in writing the lyrics, singing them in a foreign language.

No it's not like Perry and Journey's work together in terms of lead vocals. Not at all.

And it's not even worth the comparison.

Like I mentioned, Perry is my second favorite singer of all time. But I know a few people personally who think that Pineda is a way better singer than Perry. They find Perry too shrill and annoying at times.
