Almost every song is a balladry,
Listening to it is like breathing toxic things,
Somehow, they ignore Neal’s rocking constantly,
Count my curses when I listen to the Greatest Hits CD,
As the sun disappears across the northern sky,
It’s hard to find a rocker, I wonder why,
All I can say is I have to blame “The Voice,”
He loaded it up with ballads then bought a Rolls-Royce

If I should die before I wake,
I will go into the night cursing Perry’s name,
If adding some rockers is the last thing I do,
At least I know the Journey rockers are true

In about a hundred years from now,
When Journey’s Greatest Hits CD is found,
And someone says, “What kind of wimp band is this?”
They don’t know the rockers exist
