-Also, in the same interview, Ross says a lot of the music on his solo album dates back 70s and 80s. It's odd that more of his ideas/compositions didn't find their way into Journey - especially after SP left. Neal often mentions that he wrote the basslines on Stone In Love and other recordings. Was Ross content to be marginalized or was there no room to express himself in the band?
