From Ross's social media on The Season 3.....

"I want to thank you Steve for your kindness and the attention you’ve given my project over the last couple of years, and I have to say how impressed I am with your ever-growing collection of Christmas music. From a broad selection of fine musicians, you’ve chosen the right players for the right songs; well done! The arrangements are superb and original, and it should not go without saying that your voice is beautiful. If there were a hall of fame for Christmas albums, I’m sure that Nat King Cole would be honored to have you in the fold.

Keep going, Steve! And God bless you. - Ross"

It’s very telling that Steve avoids Neal and Jon like the plague while supporting his fellow ex band members.

I thought it was a nice and classy message. These guys have all been through hell and back with each other. Nice to see them respecting each other's talents, being cordial and just moving on with it. Everyone gets too old for nonsense at some point.

I wish that Journey and all of my other favorite bands would finally reach that point now.

Quid Pro Quo. Didn't Perry sign off on Vallory's coup of Nightmare Inc?

So did Herbie. The depiction of a "coup" comes from Schon. As Ross's countersuit explained (which is now gone from the web), it was a shareholder meeting, which has happened previously during the band's history (like all companies). The goal was to protect the Journey mark (Schon was selling JTT merchandise w/out permission) and to change up the leadership of the board. In hindsight, I have no doubt that putting Ross/Smith in leadership positions WAS the right move. Neal, Jon, and the wives have been nothing but chaos and embarrassment.

Perry gave props to Ross's new album on social media when it came out. Ross is returning the favor, giving his old bandmate support.
